Appointments are strongly recommended to guarantee your preferred date and time. Walk-ins are accepted based on availability. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule or shorten their service.

Deposit Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure appointment for all services. Deposits go toward the total service cost.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated no-shows or last minute cancellations may require full payment before future bookings.

Payment Policy

Payments are due immediately after services are completed. Accepted payments include: Cash, Cashapp, Zelle, Apple Pay, and Debit/Credit cards. No checks accepted!

Children and Guest

For safety and comfort, only clients receiving services should attend appointments unless approved before hand. Parents must supervise children at all times.

Hair Preparation

Clients should arrive with clean hair (unless wash service is booked), hair free of oils and products, and extensions needed for required styles. Additional fees may apply for detangling or extra preparation time.

Satisfaction

At Tracescreationz, we strive to provide quality service and professionalism. If there is an issue with your hairstyle, please notify us within 48 hours so we can address concerns appropriately.

Refunds are NOT provided for completed services, but reasonable adjustments may be offered when applicable.

Health and Sanitation

We maintain a clean and sanitized salon environment by: Disinfecting tools and stations in between clients, using clean towels and supplies, and following proper hygiene practices. Clients with contagious scalp conditions may be asked to reschedule services.

Respect

Respectful communication is expected between both staff and clients. Harassment, abusive language, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

Photography and Social Media

Photos/videos of completed hairstyles may be taken for promotional use on social media unless the client requests otherwise.

Service Pricing

Prices may vary depending on hair length, density, style complexity, extra time required, and added products/services. Clients will be informed of pricing before services begin at the earliest convenience.

Emergency and Liability

Tracescreationz is not responsible for any allergic reactions or sensitivities to products if clients fail to disclose known allergies or hair/scalp conditions beforehand. Clients are encouraged to communicate all concerns before services.
